The Forum of Labour Market Ministers (FLMM) is composed of provincial and territorial ministers, and the federal minister, responsible for the labour market. It was created in 1983 to promote discussion and cooperation on labour market matters.

Through the FLMM's Labour Market Information (LMI) Working Group, jurisdictions undertake projects that address areas of mutual interest and concern related to the development and delivery of labour market information.
