Claudette Toupin

For the last five years, Ms Toupin with a staff of 200 has been responsible for the development and delivery of employment and training programs in Manitoba for Employment Insured clients, persons on social assistance and low-income families. She has 30 years of work experience in the public sector and holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of City Planning from the University of Manitoba.
