"learndirect Advice is a national distance based careers and learning advice service for adults. Reaching large numbers of adults in the UK, Gareth Dent the founding director, will describe the service and how it has evolved. How LMI is used in ensuring the service is giving well founded advice will be examined, together with lessons learnt. The session will conclude with a brief exposition of the how the service seeking to involve users more as participants and thus enrich the salience of advice offered."
