If Labour Market Information is the Roadmap and Economic Inclusion the Destination, Where are the Vehicles?
"Labour market information is more than a tool and economic inclusion is not simply a thing. Information and inclusion are dynamic processes and relationships taking place in specific contexts of time, place, resources and cultures. Thinking of labour market participation (and exclusion) this way offers a perspective that emphasizes the importance of community infrastructure and social investments. Such infrastructure and investments are the vehicles to link in a meaningful way the roadmap and the desired objective of economic participation."
