Rosemary Sparks
Construction Sector Council

Rosemary Sparks began her career in the Civil Service with the Ontario Provincial Government. After 18 years in various portfolios including human resources, and literacy, Rosemary started her own consulting firm and for the next 13 years she assisted various organizations, many of which were in the construction industry. She specialized in human resources and labour market issues helping organizations with planning, research, group facilitation, and program evaluation. In 2002 Rosemary Sparks joined the Construction Sector Council as Director of Operations where she is able to put her knowledge of the construction industry to work on issues and initiatives that assist the industry in meeting its human resource needs.
